When one listens to music, each song comes with feelings and images.
As a song begins to play, various figures with rapidly changing backgrounds comes into the heads. Emotion swung and energy felt as the song goes on. The world of the time being is created.
How should this mysterious feeling be translated into something understandable?
How should these shapeless figures be captured onto the animations?
The two major questions I ask myself while listening to the songs and trying to make sketches of the animation.
Like the viewers, the characters I draw have their own backgrounds and lives. What appear in the animations are certain moments of their lives. They live before the animation begins and continue living after the animation ends.
